Cookies are required to be enabled in order to view your cameras using our interface. Cookies monitor your time logged-in, whether you switch between a secure and a non secure web site and if your browser has been closed. If any of these conditions jeapordize the secure connection, the cookies will relay this information to your VProtect system and will close your secure connection preventing unauthorized viewing.
Correspondence
Selected users will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals. We do not "Spam", nor will we sell your e-mail information to a third party. To remove yourself from our mailing list, send an email to info@vprotect.com.
Site and service update notifications are occasionally sent to our customers via e-mail. These announcements contain important information. Members are not able to un-subscribe from the service update mailing list.
Information Changes:
If a user's personally identifiable information, such as phone number or zip code, changes, or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. Customer Support provides this service via phone or email.
